🚫 Important Order Rules
1️⃣ Multiple Orders
Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time.
Always wait until your first order is Completed, Canceled, Partially Completed, or under Warranty before placing another one.
If multiple orders are placed for the same link simultaneously, both may be marked as Completed, and we will not be able to cancel, adjust, or refund them.
The system automatically counts from the original order quantity and marks the order as Completed once delivery is done.
Multiple Server Usage
- Do not use the same link across multiple servers at the same time.
- If an issue occurs, providers may blame each other, making it impossible to identify the issue or process a refund or refill.
- For accurate results and proper support, always use one link per single server until the order is completed without any issue.
2️⃣ Cancellations are NOT accepted for:
- “Views, Likes, or Subscribers come from my fans, real users, or other sellers.”
- Personal pages, fan pages, or videos being deleted, removed, or made private.
3️⃣ After placing an order:
- We cannot edit or change the URL if it is incorrect.
- If your account or video is deleted, made private, renamed, banned, or closed
→ No refund or top-up will be issued.
4️⃣ Pre-existing metrics
If your page already has a high number of followers/views (e.g. 10K, 100K, 200K…) before placing an order — or if the numbers drop below the original count — no refill or refund will be provided.
5️⃣ Drop services
If you use a drop-type service, you cannot request a refill before or after completion.
Switching to a non-drop server afterward will not qualify for a refill.
